DINSIM Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At DINSIM, every order goes through a thorough quality and packing check before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition. We request all customers to carefully read our policy before placing an order.
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
* We do not accept returns for any products.
* Once an order is delivered, it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except in cases where required by applicable consumer law.
2. Exchange Policy
* We offer exchange only for size or color, subject to product availability.
* An exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
* Requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
* The product must be unused, unworn, free from damage, and returned in its original box with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Exchange Shipping Charges
* If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to selecting the wrong size, changing their preferred color, or any personal preference, exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
* In cases where a customer claims that the wrong size or color was delivered, we first verify the order details, packing records, and the product received.
* If our verification confirms that DINSIM delivered the correct size and color as per the order placed, the exchange will still be processed if eligible, but both pickup and re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
* Exchange shipping charges are applicable even if the customer initially believes the wrong product was delivered but the verification shows the dispatched item matches the original order.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Product
* If you receive a product that is genuinely incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
* After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional shipping cost if the issue is found to be on our end.
5. Important Notes
* Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or color.
* If the requested size or color is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best available option.
* Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not qualify for exchange.
* DINSIM reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
