* All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable).
* Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

* Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
* Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
* Any promotional offers for free shipping will be subject to the terms of the offer.

4. Order Tracking

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID or shipment details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
* You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

* Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy.
* If the customer is unavailable to receive the package or the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Address

* Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
* DINSIM will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Refused or Undelivered Orders

* If a customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, or if the order is returned due to non-delivery caused by customer-related issues, DINSIM reserves the right to:
    * Charge re-shipping fees for sending the order again.
    * Restrict or decline future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from the customer.
    * Cancel the order if necessary.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

* If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please:
    * Do not accept the package if the damage is significant.
    * Take clear photos of the package.
    * Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (if available).

9. Exchange Shipping

* Customers requesting an exchange for size or color will be required to pay the applicable exchange shipping charges if the original order was delivered correctly as per the order placed.
* If DINSIM has shipped an incorrect or defective product, the exchange shipping cost will be borne by DINSIM after verification.

10. Force Majeure

DINSIM shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or courier service interruptions.
