* DINSIM follows a No Return & No Refund Policy.
* Exchanges are available only for size or color within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability and our Exchange Policy.
* If the correct product was delivered as per the customer’s order, but an exchange is requested due to size selection, color preference, or customer error, exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Footwear should be used and maintained according to the care instructions provided. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, water exposure, accidents, or neglect is not covered under any exchange policy.
